What happens if I don't complete the payment for my order?

It is automatically canceled 4 calendar days after its creation and the cancellation confirmation is sent to the indicated email.

When will you send my order?

All our drops take an estimated manufacturing time of 2-3 weeks, the shipping period is usually one week.

Where can I consult my guide?

All the guides can be consulted directly from the order page, you can reach said page by consulting the order confirmation email, if you do not find it in the inbox it could be in spam.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

If it goes through SEPOMEX it takes around 7-16 business days (depending on the area), through REDPACK (or equivalent) it takes 2-3 days, the time starts running when you receive the email with the order guide.

What do I do if my order comes incomplete or damaged?

Contact us in the most convenient way (either by Facebook or email)

Send us: photos of the packaging and parts, indicate any missing or damaged items and provide us with your order number and full name.

Where can I get parts that are no longer in stock?

Unfortunately this is not possible, being faithful to our policy of numbering pieces by drop, once these pieces appear in SOLD OUT status there will be no reprints.

What care should I take with my pieces?

Although some parts are intended to be made flexible, we do not recommend doing so for an extended period of time, avoid treating the parts roughly and avoid prolonged contact with sunlight (UV) as it can harden and eventually break the parts.
